Upon recieving your initial request we will notify you if this fee would apply.
Our invoice will provide a detailed summary of what work was done.
This fee covers only the services and tasks explicitly agreed upon between PrecisionPlanIT and the client. Additional work or services requested by the client may be subject to additional charges.
Hardware and software is not included in the hourly rate and will be charged separately.
We provide a detailed analysis detailing the issue including cost of the repairs.
Parts and labor are not included in this cost. In some circumstances we may not charge additional if the issue was easily resolvable during the diagnostic.
We can not provide 100% guarantee there are no additional issues. We can only diagnose symptoms, if we determine the issue and another part fails some time after we can not be held responsible. We can only warrantee replacement parts.
We are not responsible if hardware diagnostics reveal new issues or cause existing issues to worsen.
It is the customers responsibility to back up any data or files prior to the diagnostic, we are not responsible for any data loss.
We will dedicate a maximum of 2 hours to this diagnostic, for most situations that will be more than enough but if the issue is more complex we may offer a partial refund or discount on labor for the repairs. At this point we will communicate our observations to you and reccomend you appropriately.
